Default Is it possible or not.

Hello all, have tried a search but found no definate answer so hoping you may be able to help.I have a MY96 WRX currently running 205/50/16 RIMS and toyo T1R TYRES and was wondering could i put the wheels of our lasses GT4 on,she has 215/50/16 RAYS with Bridgestone rubber.is this possible and safe. Your answers greatly apprecited.

Hi

The Celica and Impreza have the same 5 stud pattern so the wheels will physically fit, if the GT4 is an S205 model (94-99ish) the 205/50/16 tyre is a decent fit too.
What you need to be carefull of though is that the centre bore size (hub diameter) is smaller on the Celica to that of the Impreza so if the wheels on the Impreza are genuine Subaru ones they will be too big for the hubs of the Celica which will cause vibration.
If they are aftermarket wheels they should need a new set of spiggot rings which will centralise the wheel to the hub.

on your answer you wrote the Gt4 has 205/50/16 did you mean 215/50/16 as these are on the GT4 currently will they still fit please
