tyre pressure - 225/40/18 - type R
have a set of P1 rims with pirelli nero 225/40/18 rubber.
what tyre pressure is best.
been reading about 32rear / 34 front for blob eyes, will this apply to my Type R too?

I use 40F and 36R for both 225/45/17 and 225/40/18 track and road on a blob STi. Bit hard on ride, minimal compromise on grip but evens out wear a treat. Type R isn't as heavy as blob so I'd suggest a little (5-10%) less.
