Hi
Am currently waiting for the crap tyres which came with the car to wear out(they are Barum Bravuras!-no i hadn't heard of them either).I've done 20000 on them and they're still pretty good(if you see what i mean). When they do finally wear out i was wondering how the likes of SS02/03,F1s,T1s,etc. compare for wear rates.I'm expecting them to wear quicker than the Barum things but by how much? And which one is the most hard wearing of the three? The driving i do is mostly mixed country/town roads with the odd bit of motorway.
My car is a MY99 4-door UK turbo with 16-inch original wheels.
TIA

I've gone through sets of two of the tyres (S02, T1S), and am now on S03s.
I would say that the Toyos lasted the longest (18k miles for me, which included some track events), but the S03s seem to be wearing very well so far. I've only done about 2k miles on them so it's hard to tell.
The S02s certainly gripped the best in the wet, but did seem to wear out the quickest. The S03s are more progressive at the limits, but have been the quietest tyre of all so far.
