Unhappy Concerned at finnish of AP's..!

I'm becoming increasingly concerned at the finish on my <3mth old red AP calipers..

Basically, they're appear to stain and the only thing that removes this is brake cleaner, which I though at first was acceptable. However, today I noticed that the MF cloth I used to clean them with has red on it, obviously it's removing the coating..!!!!

On top of this, they're looking very dull and I'm becoming very disappointed as they perform so well, just looking sh-ite..!

What are they going to look like in 12 months time..?

I've only ever use a dedicated car shampoo, sponge and MF and more recently brake cleaner (due to the above). Never use any kind of wheel cleaner, acid based or otherwise, as I learnt my lesson on that many years ago..

Is this normal, as I'm quite upset given the cost..?!

Hmmm, I though that brake cleaner was a sort of de-greaser..?

Which one do you use..?
