This is the kit listed for post 2001 cars, 335mm discs and CP7600 calipers? If so then I've been quoted considerably less than that by BG Developements in Bromsgrove. But it's on an 8 week lead time, they don't keep them in stock, each kit comes special order from AP.

And this may have been a special deal for me because I've bought lots of other stuff from them for other cars recently. But, if you don't mind waiting 6 weeks, worth a phone call, talk to Carrie on 01527 873716.

I've got the AP 4 pot rear kit fitted to my Spec C along with the AP 6 pot front kit. The rear kit really does compliment the fronts and makes for a nice complete setup which offers massive retardation. I bought both my kits from Roger Clark Motorsport.

I also fitted a Cusco Brake Cylinder Stopper after fitting the brakes to see if that also improved things and I can say that it definitely did. Pedal feel got even better and it has definitely reduced unwanted flex when standing hard on the stop pedal.

Thanks for that, hopefully it will work well with the Porsche fronts (albeit with AP disks)....

On the Forester forum they have been testing the CDF brake stopper, but no conclusion. Have to look at the Cusco one...

Looked at RCM yesterday but they were £950ish +VAT...
