sorry to bring it up again but i need a set of tyres for my 18,s,
so i went to order some goody f1's, but to my horror the tyre bloke ( a goodfriend by the way ) said that he had rang every where to get some but couldnt get his hands on any ,
so what other tyre do you guys recomend , fast road use,

I had the same problem two weeks ago,
It turns out Goodyear won't have any for at least another month, Dunlop, michelin and Vredestian all have no stock either of 215/35/18. The only stock appears to Toyo and having had them and not being impressed with them I decided to stick with F1's and used MyTyres.
My tyres have stock of goodyear F1's because they are a massive european supplier based in Germany.
I paid £96 a corner delivered, they only took 3 days to arrive, popped down to kwikfit and they fitted, balanced and disposed of the old tyre for £10 a corner. Worked out at £426 for all 4

Heard Michelin Pilot Sport 2's are very good although expensive.
I'm sure Toyo have another new high performance tyre on its way out to supercede the T1-R's
