Try something like 34F 32R cold. Personally I prefer much higher pressures to even out tyre wear and scrubbing off outer shoulders. I use 39F and 35R on 225/45/17 and 225/40/18 on a new age. hot pressures depend on how hot the tyre is so always set cold. Worst example I can give is 39F cold became 47 on track with tyre very hot.
