What size? 225/45/17 (UK and JDM 03/04) or 235/45/17 (JDM 05 onwards)?

You can get the 225/45/17 from most UK suppliers (watch prices though cos they vary massively!) but the 235/45/17 is only available from people that import them.. ie: Litchfield.

You can run either on a MY05 STi RIM, but the UK is set from 225 (as the 235 isnt available in general UK) and the JDM set up for the 235.

Without a doubt... the 235 will offer higher levels of grip though.. so if you can, get these and then just get the geometry adjusted.

I've looked around on the net for these and found 3 web based companies selling between £112 - £105 inc fitting, valves, balancing at a garage very close to my home (Essex area).

Just called Elites in Rainham and they are £103 all in!!

I thought these used to be really expensive! Really chuffed they aren't now

Ditto the above post, who now sells the 18's? I know the Spec C type R-AR (or whatever it is called) comes with 18 RE070's as standard.
