Squeaking since changed discs and pads
Hi, changed my front discs and all pads on my 94 classic about a month ago, since the work was done there has been a loud squeaking coming from what i believe is the brakes. It only starts after the cars been driven for about 5mins then the noise becomes so loud it can be heard over the engine.
its quite annoying and a bit worrying considering the garage that did the work cant work out the problem. anyone have any ideas?

Sounds like something binding. Maybe you have a siezed caliper piston. After a run have a feel around the wheels and see if one is obviously hotter than the others to spot the offending brake.

thanks for the replies guys!! its actually a load of different noises, theres squeeking, squeeling and a bit of scraping, the scraping comes and goes, the squeeling is constant as soon as I drive for a few minutes, the squeeking comes in once in a while, when braking the pitch does change when braking. really annoying and quite loud, people are starting to look at the car for the wromg reasons now!!

The back plates may have been knocked and as a result touching the inside of the disc slightly. If not I would agree that one of your pistons is seized, although this should have been picked up by the garage!
