Default Black wheel lugs - from where

I want a set of black wheel nuts for my classic impreza. I don't want to spend mega bucks for them and, but I want a good quality set. Plus I want them to looks racey/JDM look. Am I right in thinking they are 12x1.25 size?

Do Scott lowe do some?

They will be going on a newly refurb v2 STi 555 alloys in gold.
