Maxsport competition tyres

As ever, I'm on the look out for suitable track day consumables without breaking the bank.
On looking through the new Demon Tweeks catalogue, pg 316, I saw the Maxsport RB5 moulded slick in 205/50/16 at £55.24 + VAT per corner. Available in Medium Hard and Medium Soft compounds.
This looks like a good cheap alternative to the likes of Yoko A032R's and Michelin Pilot Cup.
Just wondered if anyone had had any experience of these tyres, on a scoob or not?
