Classic Impreza, What pads & Disc's are the best for road use.
Hello all, I have a Claccis version II 96 Pre-facelift Impreza. I'm in the process of upping the power to 300bhp. Clearly I need to do the brakes first.
I'm not interest in changing the calipers at the moment, when I get round to that I'm gonna put on some 4 pots from a later model.
In the mean time I'm goona change the front and rear pads pads, the front dics and hoses. I've already got my goodridge hoses, but I'm stuck on what pads and disc's to use there so many to choice from.
I'm thing grooved only, I've had drilled ones crackle on my Cossie before.
Money is a factor, I don't really want to go above £300, if I can help it.

Well I've just had some Black diamond grooved disc fitted with predator pads and goodridge stainless hoses all round. Hopefully that should stop me.
For now anyway.....
