rears are basically the same for that age car, although the fronts off the RB5 should be 4pot and will bnolt directly to your car, as long as you get the full set-up incl. discs, pads, etc............

however, there is a wheel clearance issue so just make sure yours clear before fitting

The rears on a RB5 are the same as most pre 99 cars , 266mm vented discs with a single piston sliding caliper , your rear maybe solid , if they are vented they are the same

Had the same problem as you, rear sliding not working. I went down the 2 pot rear calipers route, on a previous group buy.

Combined with the Subaru 4 pots and braided hoses it made a real improvement to braking and stabilty to my98.

Rears you can just get from 00-04 WRX from breakers. You need rear hubs, calipers and discs and pads. As said these with 4pots up front and braided brake lines make good difference.

You dont need the hubs from the later WRX to fit the discs and calipers , there are a couple of group buys going on at the moment for brackets to run the 2 pots on the back , Dyney has a group buy on here which is alloy brackets for £160 , or Godspeed are doing them now and have a group buy on the P1 owners club with brackets for £100 and grooved discs for £150.

Fitting the 2 pots on makes the world of difference
