2001 Bugeye- just upgraded to 18's - what pressures should I be running ?

Could you give me your opinion on the 18's as compared to your old 17's please? Ride, feel, etc, etc. Thanks.

TSL recommended 34F/31R although I'm playing with much higher pressures 39F/35R (03STi on Prodrive springs/PFF7s/GSD3s) sharpens things up, improves wear, doesn't degrade ride much and grip seems the same. Can't really make my mind up.

Generally going to 18s entails buying lighter wheels (std wheels are about 12.5 kg, PFF7s are 8.5 kg) and reduction in unsprung weight improves the ride more than the low profile rubber degrades it.

cant say I have noticed much difference on the 18's. Slightly lower profile tryes fell the bums - but so did the 17's

Grip and handling feel the same - but I never push things too hard
