I am upgrading my brakes and intend to fit 4pots at the front, with new discs and pads. I am also going to put on braided hoses.

When it comes to the rear, I need new discs anyway, can I simply put vented discs on with new pads as I have solid rear discs at the moment.
Also the bulkhead bracket thing to brace the mastercylinder, is it worth the £35 they are going for on ebay??

the vented rears won't fit in the solid disc caliper....................

As above. The vented rear discs needs a different caliper.
