Alloy centre caps?

I just bought a 01 bugeye wagon and whilst the standard 17" alloys are in good condition, the centre caps (which I'm guessing are plastic?) have become stained, like tarnished kind of bronzey coloured. Is it possible to buy replacements anywhere?

Any suggestions?
