Poll For Tyre's !
After my thread about decent tyre's i am still undecided between F1's and Pzero Nero's.
94 JDM WRX 215/40 or 45/17
F1's seem to have the best reputation, but publicly (i mean tyre-kickers) the Pzero's seem to be known as one of the best tyres. If i ever did re-sell during the tyre's lifespan then i don't want to have to explain F1's are widely more respected among the scoob community.
Both are around £80 per tyre without fitting.
Is there another brand i am seriously missing ?

i have the bridgestone re070 cant fault them, bad reviews on here but never had them bite me. not too bad in the wet. certainly doesnt get too wet for them here. maybe the odd hard down pour but most tires will suffer then.

Don't fit tyres for what they add to the resale value of the car !
What's most important in a car ? Wet weather grip. Therefore, F1's are agood bet. Toyos are a bit cheaper if you don't want to splash the cash.

Currently running toyo T1-r and they are a good tyre but don't rate them much on track tho. Had pirelli p-zero rosso before and they were an amazing tyre both wet and dry, better than the toyo. Had eagle f1 and they were good but i think i would defo go for the rosso's again over the other 2.

I'm a pretty steady driver in the wet IMO and over the years i've used various Pirelli tyres, Fulda, Yokohama and Toyo (on different cars) and the only tyres that have ever scared me are Pirelli PZero Assimetrico (on my Scoob). Dunno what it was about them but 3k was enough for me and i got rid of them in favour of Toyo T1S. Since then i've had 3 sets and i'm on my first set of T1Rs which i rate higher than the S's as they seem a little harder wearing
