Offset seems to small at ET38, Subaru's usually have an offset of around ET53/55 most 7x17" wheels for Scoobs are about ET48
Numbers mean the wheel is 7" wide, 17" in diameter, its offset(the distance between the centre and mounting hub if viewed from above if the wheel is mounted) is 38mm and the stud pattern is 5x100mm.
