front break scuffing

front break scuffing
i get a scuffing noise from my front drivers side break.its like shush shush shush lol.it sometimes goes when i turn the wheel slghtly any ideas.i thought i could be a sticky caliper or warped discs.the breaks are standard scooby 98 uk jobbies with green stuff pads n turbo grove discs.

Could be a warped disc, or could be noise from the grooves. I have it on my EBC grooved discs just as you describe above (and I have read that its common). I had EBC red stuff pads on and the noise was horrible, but I now have DS2500 pads on and its much more livable. Noise might go when you turn the wheel because of airflow dynamics directing the sound away, not actually curing it.
