Default Raised edge on rear disks

I was getting my exhaust, when someone remarked that the rear brake pads did not cover the whole disk, leading to a raised edge.

Spec:
UK MY00 Turbo rear single pot calipers
Mintex 1144 pads
DBA 650 Vented disks

Any comments, suggestion of a pad that covers the whole disk?

OMP pattern pads apparently use a slightly larger disc radius that cleans up the edge line...

Don't know about the rears, but I just put some front discs on that were covered in surface rust. The existing pads were Ferodos I think, and they left an inner unswept line about half an inch wide. Put a new set of OMP pads, which incidentally are dirt cheap and seem to perform very well, and within a day the discs were totally clean inside to outside. There's someone on ebay (ybracing) who's flogging OMP pads and tbh I can't argue with the prices - £30 for front pads for 4 pots and £20 for rear pads for sliding single pot calipers. Plus they work up to 600 C.
