i get a weird noise when reversing from the back wheels

it comes as i make a whole turn. trued to take a look and couldnt find anything so i took the car to the dealers. just got the call back and he found nothing he then said its the tyres!! i need to change all 4??? i have the front 2 different than the 2 rear ones

could this really be the problem?? sounds weird to me!
