Default Rear Brake noise

I have a MY04 wrx done 20k miles. Just recently had a service.

Whilst in for the service had the front pads replaced. Also had the back brakes looked at as they make a noise on use.

Back brakes were fine. Were cleaned out and put back in. Back brakes 'sound' like they are sort of sticking. Dealer says as they are floating calipers they will make a noise. But this is when cold and warm, no difference ??!!?!?!?!

Is it right?

Thanks
