4 pot piston dimensions.
Steve,
I was after some dimensions of the pistons also.
Mine are 4 pots, I'm in the middle of reconditioning them. One one stubborn piston, I've managed to chew the lip where the dust seals sit, so I'm having them all re-made by my friendly CNC guys.
You've probably sorted out your problem, but I'll post a drawing and CAD model soon anyway for the benfit of others.
Bear with me.............

did you manage to get the drawing
not that it matters cos im getting my toolroom to make some out of stainless steel so hopefully no more corrosion
just had my calipers rebuilt and 1 piston is seized again mind you it was one of the old pistons that was cleaned up
only done about 2000 miles
any1 for a group buy on stainless 4 pot pistons?

CAD file available if you need one. I never seem to get as far as a drawing, as most of my parts are made straight from CAD models. I had all 8 pistons re-machined from this file, brakes re-built about 1.5k miles ago - they've never been so sweet (so far so good at least!!)

picked the piston up 2day and it cost me 17 quid which is not bad considering it stainless
he told me he would do more at 15 quid a piston
would need to have about 20 - 25 pistons made though to make it worth while though
anybody interested?

4 pot pistons
If the ones you have made fit the OE standard 4 pots then put me down for full set that would be 8 pistons 4 each caliper.
Sure you could get them cheaper with alot of folk wanting them.
Unless I'm reading this wrong, could someone corect me?
Rice Rocket, 4 pots, 8 pistons
