brake disc size???
hi all, does anyone know what size brake discs (front) are fitted to a my00 uk turbo??? they need changing, and not sure what size to order!
is it 277mm (not 4 pot) or 294mm (4 pot). ive fitted 17'' wheels but pretty sure brakes are the originals. the calipers have 'subaru' written down them.
also, is it worth putting better than standard on if its just for road use?
thanks, ben.

Pads:
Recommend Redstuff Ceramic for road use or Yellowstuff for any track days + road. (I have yellows on my own Subaru and they are fine on road.)
Link here for Reds:

Yellows are F - DP41200R and R - DP41293R

EBC turbogroove disks give an improvement over standard, but I noticed they faded a bit after some close corners.
They lasted about 2-3 sets of pads, at which point they were replaced with grooved pagid disks and fast road pads, which I'm very happy with at the moment...

My ebc turbo discs and redstuff pads lasted 6000miles. After that the discs had warped (giving huge steering wheel vibrations when braking from over 70mph ) and the pads had less than 3mm left! To top the lot they were noisey, crap from cold and cost me £400!
Changed to some standard lucas copies from GGR (via ebay). £100 for discs and pads.
Felt the difference immediatley, much better from cold and havn't faded on me yet!
If they are going to be for road use, standard discs and pads are fine!
