Default Fitting 17 ins wheels

Hi All
Please help...
I have a 1994 classic jap import fitted with 16 ins wheels.Would a set of 17 ins Subaru wheels from a 2003 sti fit without any problems?

If you talking about theones on ebay. Well they've got the right pcd, but they are 7.5 inches wide instead of 7 so it's a gable. Funnily enough i'm looking at the same wheels and also have a 1994 WRX. What i'm hoping to do though is use my 215 / 40 / 17 tyres on them as his tyres want ditching anyway.
I know this hasn't fully answered your question and hopefully someone else will help with the width part.

I think you will be in trouble.
Go for 17's off a classic, ie P1 wheels/RB5 wheels.
