Tyre Size Q?
Can someone advise. Changing wheels on my other car Ford Escort from 14" with 185/60 tyres to 15" with 205/50
Is this going to cause any problems.
Help much appreciated.

Diameter of 185/60-14 is (14 x 25.4) + 2 x (185 x 0.6)) or 578mm and 205/50-15 is (15 x 25.4) + 2 x (205 x 0.5)) or 586mm.
So 8mm (1.5%) different. This is less than the difference between new and worn tyres so no worries with gearing, speedo error etc I wouldn't think.
