Default Klonk sound from new brakes??

Got the Godspeed brakekit 308mm with AP 5200 calipers from the groupbuy. Left side is flawless but there is a klonk klonk sound from the right one. Mounted by a mechanic, not axle or driveshaft as this has been changed, has put the black little thingy on the back to keep the pads in check , and had the thing on/off lots of times trying to sort it. Any suggestions will be appreciated!!

I had these on my AP 308mm (Full AP Kit).

It is actually the pads rattling in the carrier. On my calipers they were held in by stainless steel tabs that you could remove and bend very slightly in a Vice. Once refitted, no clonking for about 16000 Km.

Have a look at the calliper curved face and see if you have four bolts holding down metal tabs.

I no longer have the car, so I cannot take any pictures!
