Question 4 piston brake caliper required!

Just been to pick my car up from my local garage after having the brakes looked at to be told that the brake caliper is seized on the drivers side and needs replacing. Owner is genuine and has told me that he can't find one locally and to buy direct from Subaru is £225 + VAT!!

Anyone know of any websites/companies I should look at for reconditioned/second hand or damned cheaper new calipers?

I'm after 4 piston caliper for an Impreza Turbo (99).

Question Alternative to new caliper?

What would you recommend then. What should I be asking the mechanic to try and get from Subaru/other? Any idea of costs/likely labour time to fix?
