I believe that the WIlwood kit really are not for everyday road cars as they have no dust seals to my knowledge. This means that they would need REGULAR stripping down and cleaning/servicing (every month).AFAIK?

I have the last Wilwood Superlight 6 pots kit for Subaru and I could say I am quite happy with them comparing their performance with other double priced BBK's!
I use Redstuff pads (they come with rubbish Polymatrix "Q" compound pads) and have them more than 15K kms in my car with no problem, although I clean them frequently with cold water the winter - just in case - due to salty roads and snow.
I asked two other owners that have them about 1 and 3 years in their cars and none of them have had any problem or mentioned something about rebuild etc
The rebuild cost is ridiculous but I'd prefer to avoid the whole procedure if possible...
