Default Thinking of getting rid of my 19s and getting some 18s!

Thinking of changing my 19s to a set of 18s for my 04 WRX and just wanted to know, what offset I needed and what would be the perfect tyre sizes. Also what diffreance have anyone noticed from changing from 17s to 18s.

Thanks

Mine are 8x18 ET48 with 225/40 tyres and Prodrive springs.
Remains nice and smooth but thats because I'm use to the rock hardness of a Type R

I would be interested to know the difference in changing from 17s to 18s too.
I currently have Eibach springs on my MY03, and often wonder what the 18s would do to the ride and quality of ride.

What 19's have you got, in what condition and how much would you be wanting for them ?
