Best road legal track tyres...
Looking to get some dedicated track tyres for the P1 as my "home made slicks" are getting a tad thin now to be useable to/from the track. Anyone have any recommendations for :
1 - What to get
2 - Where to get them
The tyres that are on are 205/45/17 (P1)

Dunlop SP sport race
Pirelli P corsa C
dunlop DO1J
Yoko A048 /32's
I think you will find there are plus and minus points on all of them. I'm trying the dunlops at the moment and on first testing found they gave good grip in the dry and felt ok in the wet too.
You can also get cheaper stuff like Colway which are re-moulds but I dont know what they are like.
A quick search under any of the tyre names will find a close dealer for you.
