Default Advice on brake conversion

I have a STi V1 at the moment, as it's an older model the brakes on it arn't too good.
I'm planning on upgrading to standard Subaru 4 pot calipers as i don't have the cash for a brand new 6 pot conversion or similar

Can anyone please advise me on any possible problems such as mounting the new calipers?

thanks

if planning on the "subaru" 4pots then there are no issues at all..................you will need the matching 294mm discs (and pads obviously), but basically a straight swap!!

one word of warning a lot of "subaru" 16" wheels will NOT clear this set-up so ideally try your wheels on another before you get too involved..............

I might have some 4 pots for sale very soon...

How soon are you thinking of doing it?

PM me if you're interested
