Default Tyre pressure for Pirelli PZero Nero 225/40 ZR18

Hi,

I need help with tire pressure for Pirelli Pzero Nero 225/40 ZR18 92Y on Sti MY02. If anyone with WR1 can help me. I've got response from Pirelli and they said that needs to be 0.2 bar more then standard tires but I would really like to hear from you.

Thanks!

start at 31f 28r and increase incrementaly until you are happy- just keep 2 to 3 psi between front and rear, with the front harder.

in my humble opinion 36 in the fronts may be a bit hard if its damp- that may just be down to my driving style.

I am running 36 front/ 32 rear. I admit it is a little hard and i may be putting the front down to 35. Not sure if its best to have the tyres hard so they give a hard grip or a little play in the tyres so there is room to flex with the rubber when driving hence more grip?

Also worth noting is the front tyres really do look like they are not inflated enough or are under inflated when im below 36 on fronts...

I run 34-35 front with 30-31 rear depending of the ambients in my 225/40/18 Michelins Pilot Sport II but as the Pirellis have harder shoulders you should have slightly lower pressures about 33 front and 29-30 rear.
With higher pressures the car becomes bouncy, with lower increases tire wear.
