Question steering vibration

A few months back i got some F1's fitted and had a lot of problems with vibration above 60-70 after about three trips back to the tyre fitter it was barely noticable... so i accepted it

since then it got worse...

now when i swapped front to rear having done a few k have found that the vibration is back, even before i could still feel it but not so much in the steering more in the general feel of the car at speed.

my question is have i got a faulty tyre? though have been told F1's are normally excellent quality

or...

i have been told the F1's have a little circle on them on the wall that should be aligned with the valve... is this true? as mine arnt is this the cause of the vibration?

thanks for help in advance

Tez

PS am not going back to tyre place as each of the three times i went there i had to wait and hour and service was terrible not worth £95/boot would rather pay more for a better service!
