Default Emergency Spare Advice

Does anyone know if the emergency spare: T135, 70, D16; will fit over Subaru 4 pot calipers and the 295mm discs?

I am asking as the spare is the standard one for the MY98 (my car), but I have upgraded the brakes.

If it won't fit it'll save me a bit of room and weight

My spare (MY99) won't go over the OE 4 pots but does go on the back. I guess if i get a front flat then i will have to juggle some wheels around

I just tried it - it does fit, just, with a tiny little bit of scrapeage - it'll do for a few miles probably.
