What pressures have you found best?

Gary, I know mine's a bugeye so the distribution and GVW is different (esp. with me in it
) but I find running 1psi up on standard to be OK. If it drops a pound or two it feels wallowy and if feels slightly jarring / stiff it seems to be OK.
Having 40 profile tyres should have a bearing - bugeyes are 45 as std. Si's 19"s must be 30 or 35 profile
He said that they are so stiff the sidewall flex is virtually zilch...
I used to find I could tell where the pressures were on going round the roundabout at the end of the mad mile - if it started understeering etc on the "back straight" before Owl Lane from Ossett then they were getting softer...

Not that I actually know all that much about engines and what-not !I Really did like your car, them brakes, I know someone else who has them, but only saw a pic he sent me through MSN, they do look the dogs
