Smile TRACK DAY SET UP? ADVICE PLEASE

About to go on first track day in my new (but secondhand) MYO3 WRX.

It has fitted by the previous owner eibach spring kit and 18" aerospeed (KEI Racing?) alloys and eagle F1's 245's.

Now my question is this and I am sorry if this has been asked before: What tyre pressures for the track day?

I've been running the tyre pressures as per manuf recommended bar which I think from memory is 2.3 front and 2.2 rear for normal everyday use which I hope is correct? given bigger tyres and wheels.

I've had conflicting advice on track day tyre pressures where some say 'up' and some say 'down' and some say use standard and check after tyres got some heat in them. My thinking was about 4 psi over standard as adjusted when tyres hot.

Please help me avoid a costly tyre shredding disaster!

Thanks

ps any other track day tips welcome, i.e. service before or after/oil change anything else critical.

pps I should mention the car has supposedly had the full geometry adjusted when the new alloys and tyres were fitted.

ppps insurance for track days - yes or no?
