Hi sorry this should be in the Tech forum but I need a quick answer. I'm just about to strip my brakes down due to a constant squeal when they get warm. What tools do I need to take the callipers of? I want to know before I take the wheels of and find I don’t have the correct tools.
Has anyone else had this problem, do they just need a clean up or do you think one of the pistons is corroded and sticking.
Thanks
Jer

IIRC 17mm socket to undo the two bolts that hold the caliper onto the hub.
If you need to remove the pads then I think its a 10/12mm socket.

17mm spanner for caliper , pair of pliers for pins , 14mm spanner for flexy pipe , 11mm for bleed nipple and a good vice if your taking the caliper apart..oh and a pair of vice grips for the flexy to stop fluid from running out...
