Default Cheap Brake pads (front and rear) for MY99

Does anyone know a place where I can get cheap set of front and rear brake pads for a MY99 from please. MIne has started to squeak a little and a mate said they are low, when he looked.

Thanks Phill

I bought ones from my local Motor Factors called "Apec" for £30 for the front. Don't know how much the rear ones would be.

Feel perfectly fine to me.

So a few people have tried the Halfords / motor factor ones then ? I might try a set rather than pay £130 plus for some Subaru ones, knowing that I'm going to upgrade the brakes once I can afford new ones

Thanks Phill

What I did. Bought the discs from SAP and bought the pads from factors.

£90 ish Discs
£30 ish Pads

Job done for £120 - about the price Sub want for pads alone without VAT.

Seem fine for an I've got a TEK3 map. Perfectly good job for 12 months until bigger wheels mean bigger discs.

Thanks in advance, Phill

I'm using Textar pads (made by the same company that make Pagid) I've been pleased with them as a fast road pad & they only cost £70.
