"WRC OZ's"? Care to be a bit more specific about which wheels you're looking for here?
World Rally Car wheels won't fit a roadcar, so are you really referring to the P-WRC1 roadcar wheels? If so, they're available in two different offsets, so again it'd help to know which you're looking for (or what car you want to put them on).
If it is those wheels you're after, they're not available in white from the factory either. Silver, gold, or anthracite I believe are the standard options.
