I've done 5k miles in my MY04 WRX +PPP. Most of it has been standard town commuting, but recently went on a decent drive with high speed hills etc..

I had noticed that the discs surface on the front seemed to be wearing unevenly with ridges across the face. This is now slightly more pronounced .

Is this OK / normal and how long should I expect to get out of a set of front discs.

I sold my last scoob after 14000 miles and there appeared to be very little brake/disc wear!
