The wheels I'm thinking about upgrading to (Wheelmania Vortex) will only fit 215 or 225 /35/18(to make clearance).Bridgestone SO2's,which everybody seems to swear by,d'ont come in that size. So,what is the best option and will they be as good as Bridgestone's in 17's?.I'm getting very confused

Wink

My mate has them on his car, and I've been in that one....not driven it though.

Our chairman of the club is on them, and he had a bit of a moment at a trackday earlier this year - they seem to let go quite abruptly - this is not the case with the Proxes, they're very progressive, they may not have the outright grip of the S02, but I prefer a little bit o' warning before I'm facing the other way.

Hi Deep,

How about P-Zeros. I've got 225/35/18 on my car and it sticks to the road like a limpit (travels a bit faster than a limpit though!!!)

From previous posts I was under the impression that a lot of 18" tyres can rub and that the P-Zeros are the only ones that don't.

Good luck

Simon
