Twice now the stainless anti rattle spring on the brake caliper has poped off, so that it touches the wheel, and I;'ve had to stop and clip it back on, I just can't work out why.
Any ideas??

I had this happen to me - after my 22.5k service it popped out and rattled. Try pushing it in the opposite way up and make sure its in tight.
Mine hasnt come out since.
