The standard size for the wheels are 205/45/17 but the only tyres that seem to be available in this size are the Pirelli which are pretty expensive!

Is it possible to change to a slightly different size, e.g. 215/40/17 on these wheels??

I've just put 215/40/17 Toyo T1's on my RB5 and can recommend them

As well as Pirellis you can use Yokohama and I think you can now get a Michelin Pilot. The Michelin is on the new range of MGs and the 17inch wheel on those takes 205/45 17. I've just ordered Pirelli's again though.
