I wonder if anyone can give me abit of info , i,ve just got me self some rear discs and a full set of green stuff pads for my95 import wrx ,the problem is the rear discs on my car are twin walled vented discs and the new discs ive just got are grooved and part drilled but one layer ie not vented like originals ,will these be ok to fit , and reading up on the pads should i of purchased the red stuff pads as according to the write up red stuff pads are for 4 wheel drive and turbo cars which is what i have , would the green stuff pads be ok ? any info appreciated thanxs

CW42 uses redstuff on the front and greenstuff on the back I think???

Corradoboy is right, although the thread shows mixed opinion from differant people at EBC.
Not sure what you mean about "single walled discs". Presumably, you mean they aren't the vented ones that come on imports and later UK cars. Can't really see there being a real problem IF they are the same width. There will probably be a reduction in braking performance..........which I bet you won't even notice as its the rears.

EBC have had a rough ride; in the past their pads have been utter sh ite. They have got their act together recently and their yellows are pretty damn good for track use- john felstead will no doubt jump in sooner or later to confirm.
greens are no good in an Impreza, use red as a minimum.

When i say single wall discs ,thats what they are wereas the discs on my car are vented ,does this mean i have to fit vented ones back on , the disc itself is no were near as thick as the ones on my car and yes its an imports , is it the uk cars have non vented discs on them and thats what hes got me ? abit un sure
