Best bet is to do a search on here and on the 22b bbs. Once you have a bunch of settings go along to somewhere local that can offer 4-wheel laser alignment and ask their advice.

Geometry, like other suspension changes can be very individual. What works for one car (and driver) may not necessarily work for you.

I felt the same way; tyres wearing on inside edges, a little too much understeer for my liking and a floaty feeling on high-speed straights. I went along with a list of "recommended" settings and found that my car was only slightly out from std and that the 1mm toe-in I "thought" I wanted was already their and the reason my inside edges were wearing.

I've changed the car to run 0mm toe-in/out, but the camber has been adjusted to give max negative.

I was a bit sceptical, but the car feels much more stable at high-speed and the understeer has reduced substantially.

Yes, they do AFAIK.

The rest of the geo wasn't far off std, but I "thought" I wanted to run the Prodrive recommeneded geo (hence the 1mm toe-in) and found it was already dialled in. My car's a MY99 RB5, so unless it was like that when it left Prodrive it's been changed sometime. I certainly don't ever recall asking for it and I've owned it from new.
