Hi,
With no search I'll ask what has been asked before.... I seem to remember that various people had good things to say about T1S 's. Can you repeat them? Or any bad things...
Wembley Tyres reckon they can do me a set for £350 all in..... Any comments about them welcome also..
Cheers
Dave

Can't comment on the 17 aspect as the blackbeast currently runs on 16's
But it does run T1-s Proxes.
i find them better than the original tyres, which were bridgestone something or other.
Toyo's seem to give better grip in both dry and wet, plus they have a fab tread patter which looks great.
The other factor is that they are very reasonably priced for a performance tyre, would deffo go for another set when the time comes.

Good as long as you are staying away from tracks, etc as they are soft, and the outside edges disappear in seconds. I can only compare to the std 16", but they are a huge amount better in the wet, and a bit better in the dry.
BTW the search does still exist, just look at the top right of the screen, above the adverts, you will see SearchScoobyNet, give it a click

I have PZero's on my 17 inch wheels and find them ok, get a lot of under steer though.
For the winter I go back to my 15 inch wheels with the T1s on, these are fine in the wet and dry but be carful in the snow. Brake away is quite progressive so plenty of time to catch the rear end. I had Eagle F1's and SO2's before and the car never broke away in similar snowy conditions.

OK. Had the Toyos fitted in 215/40-17. Total for all 4 tyres was £350-15 - at Wembley Tyres. Looks dodgy but they know what they're doing...
Only hassle was when I checked the pressure after going cold. A mite low at 26psi (ish) in the front - didn't even check the back.
