Have a MY03 STI Type UK with Bridgestone Potenzas, stunning handling in ALL conditions matey, particularly wet, was blown away when I first pushed it in the wet ... TRUST me.

I've heard horror stories with Pirelli P Zeros but from what I can gather it only seems to affect handling on roads with standing water.

Once you decide mate, try this link for the best price.

Hope it helps ..... wheelie_sti

Easy really, Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3's are probably the best bet overall. I just had these fitted to a 2nd hand set of 17" WRX wheels. Road noise lower, grip is much better, wear rate is good to, and more importantly the grip in the wet is excellent.
The Bridgestones Potenza RE03's I had on before started to tramline badly, which isnt a nice feeling over rougher surfaces, as the front wheels start to grab on potholes/ruts in the road.

Goodyear F1's all the way, had them fitted on my 16" rims and now got a set on my 17's. Best tyre by far!!
