Question

I'm after answers to a few questions please...

1.How much does the Prodrive/Alcon brake kit cost including fitting?
2. How big are the disks Prodrive use?
3. How does the Alcon kit compare to AP 4-pot kit?
3. Will the Alcon fit under 17" PD7s?
And finally....
4. Has anyone got a pic of the SILVER PD7s? (I have seen the gold and antrachite ones)

Apologies for so many questions! But I need to know the answers.

I'm not Mike, but I can answer some of the questions.

1. Kit is £1300+VAT. Fitting is extra, and depends on the rates your dealer charges. Should be about 1 hours work. Some dealers have offered SIDC members some discount off these prices, and include fitting as part of a service.

2. The discs are 330mm

3. Probably very similar performance.

4. Yes

5. Not seen them. Only gold and anthracite. Shouldn't be too hard to imagine what they would look like in silver though.

John is spot on.

I will say that the only 'official' source for these wheels is your Subaru dealer.

Part number is SACC2507 or 2508 with a 205/45ZR17 PZero

John/Andy and Mike,

Thanks for your help. I'm sold on the silver – I think!
Just wondered, is there any reason why I shouldn't run 17" 215/40 instead?

No reason at all

It's really down to your preference in tyres.
