What is the proper offset and width for these wheels to fit the new age WRX? I have had two shops say different, One says 18 x 7.5 with 235/35/18, the other says 215/40/18 who is right? Will an 18/8 inch rim fit ? thanks for your help.

I believe the Prodrive 18 inch wheels ar a 53mm offset, and are 7.5x17. Tyres are 225 width, but not sure of the profile - probably 40, but might be 35.

Hi Herky. Welcome to Scoobynet. The new Impreza is still something of an unknown quantity in the UK, especially when it comes to modifications.

The man you want is Pete Croney of Scoobysport. He has a new car and has worked on wheels/suspension, plus exhaust etc. I recall he said the new car has ET55 wheels, but goes better on ET50.

He often posts on here, or contact him via

Thank you Hoppy for the welcome! I have been a member of the north american impreza board since november, but since you guys have had this car (the wrx ) for awhile you have more experience with mods etc. My first mods will be the wheels and scoobysport cat back exhaust, the BBS 17 inch options are 3000 usd without tires! No thanks

As John correctly states, the P-WRC1 wheel is 7.5x18 ET53 which fits the car perfectly using a 225/40ZR18 Pirelli PZero Rosso.

These wheels are available in either gold or anthracite.
